On the heels of DJ Vlad calling out Drake and DJ Khaled for their respective silence amid the ongoing war in the Middle East involving Israel and Palestine, TMZ caught up with Ja Rule to get his take on the Vlad’s remarks and whether he thinks rappers have a responsibility to speak up about these types of issues.
According to Ja, public figures shouldn’t be obligated to speak on political issues especially if they feel as if they are uneducated on the matter or if they’ve already made the decision to leave politics and religion alone as part of their career trajectories.
