Next January will set sail as the largest cruise ship ever made. Measuring 250, 800 tons (and 1,198 feet long), The ‘Icon of the Seas’ by Royal Caribbean is currently under construction in Finland. According to reports, the sea vessel will feature over 2,800 rooms, 40 restaurants and bars, seven swimming pools, a large waterpark, and more–all while having the capacity to hold more than 7,000 guests and 2,000 crew members. In comparison, the infamous Titanic ship that sank in the North Atlantic Ocean in 1912 had a maximum capacity of 3,320 people.
