N.O.R.E. asked Akon about the rumor, and he explained that he didn’t know what a Hublot watch was, only that he liked the look of them. Akon then recalled asking someone about getting one, and the person said that he could get them for 75% off of what they retail for.
Akon explained that he bought a watch for himself and French Montana, and N.O.R.E. asked, “This is not Canal Street?” Akon then confirmed that Canal Street was where he bought the watches, an area known for selling knock-off goods. You can hear the full story above.
