Paris Saint-Germain have reportedly accepted Al Hilal’s world-record bid of €300m million for Kylian Mbappe. The French champions have given permission to Al Hilal to engage in discussions with Mbappe after putting him up for sale and excluding him from their pre-season tour.

PSG have received various offers for Mbappe, including cash plus players, from at least five interested clubs, including Chelsea, Manchester United, Inter Milan, Barcelona, and Tottenham. However, Al Hilal’s bid stands out as the highest.

Mbappe has one year remaining on his contract with PSG and has refused to sign a new one, leading PSG to believe he has already agreed to join Real Madrid next summer for free. Real Madrid may now be tempted to make a formal bid for the player to secure his services and not miss out on him again.

PSG is determined not to lose Mbappe for nothing and is open to considering all offers, including potentially loaning him out for the season. However, Mbappe seems unwilling to extend his contract with PSG and is prepared to sit on the sidelines next season to join Real Madrid as a free agent next summer.

The 24-year-old forward’s future remains uncertain, and negotiations with interested clubs are likely to intensify in the coming days.
